Rental Policies and FAQ

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Our recommendation would be to secure your items sooner rather than later to ensure you get the items and quantities you want and need for your date. We always do our best to accommodate last minute orders if and when we can!

Can I see your items in person?

We do our best to add quality images and real event photos as they come. Our warehouses are set-up for storage but we might be able to arrange a special delivery to our office to show you in person. If you’re having trouble choosing pieces that complement each other, just let us know. We’re happy to make recommendations.

Is setup included?

Rental prices do not include setting up or dismantling tables & chairs, or placing linens & tabletop items. Items will arrive in stacks and customer MUST return all items to stacks in the same location for our staff to pick up.

​

If setup is needed, prior arrangements must be made and may or may not be available depending on your needs.  Please call the office to make arrangements.

​

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, we require a minimum of $100 for all rental orders.  Tax and delivery charges are extra.

​

How much is delivery?

A $60 delivery and return pickup fee is charged if within 25 minutes of our location.  Add $20 for every 10 minutes you add on.

​

Delivery is made to the closest point a truck can park! Extra charges will result for locations upstairs or elevators, distant from the truck, or any conditions for which unanticipated time or expense is incurred.

​

Delivery and Pick Up rates are quoted as a round trip fee. Please note: Our normal delivery and pick up times are Monday through Saturday, 8 AM-6 PM. Other times can be arranged.

​

Please note: We require that you give us at least a 2-4 hour window of time for all deliveries. If a specific time is needed, there will be an additional charge. Please contact us for more details.

Rental Period:

All rates quoted are based on a 24 hour rental period per item, with the clock starting at delivery or pickup time. Should other arrangements need to be made please contact the office.  All deliveries require a signature of a responsible party for equipment to be left. 

​

Weekend Special Rate:

Items delivered on a Saturday will be charged for one day and we will pick up on Monday morning unless other arrangements are made.

​

Can I pick up my items?

Yes, we can arrange to have your items delivered to Equinox Catering for you to pick up.  Prior arrangements must be made.  Equinox is located behind the Saint Michael Parish Center at 800 High House Road in Cary.

​

China Usage:

All China, Flatware & Glassware, and any foodservice item must be rinsed and food free and repacked in the original packaging they were delivered in.

 

Linen Usage:

All linens should be free of any food, flowers, or any items that were placed on linen. Moist or wet table cloths should not be bundled or bagged. Please lay open until completely dry. Mildew stains cannot be removed and will be charged. Any wax from candles that damage tablecloths will be charged.  All linens must be returned using the provided bags.

Damages:

Any damage during delivery, missing equipment, or problems with equipment must be reported upon customer's receipt of the equipment. Any reports of damage, missing items or problems with equipment reported after the event will not be credited and be will presumed to have occurred while in customer's possession.

 

In the event rental property is not returned, or is returned in a broken or damaged condition, customer will be charged for repair or replacement thereof, and same shall be due and payable upon billing. Customer authorizes In Season Rentals to charge client for all breakage or damage to the rental property and for any additional applicable fees incurred under any provision of these Terms.

Shortage:

Note any shortage at the time of delivery and notify the driver.  We will do our best to bring you the items you requested.

 

Payments & Cancellation Policy:

A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to secure your order in our system and must be paid by credit card.  30 days before your event your contract a payment of 50% needs to be paid.  7 days before your event the contract would need to be paid in full and is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.  You can add items to your order within that 7 day window but cannot remove anything from your order.  All orders must be paid in full in order for us to deliver.

All orders require a credit card; no orders will be processed without a valid credit card.
